10:45 AM - 5:00 PM

The Scottish Rite Cathedral

Join us for a full day of empowerment, inspiration, and authentic connection as we hear from an extraordinary lineup of women leaders. This year’s theme, "Dare to Evolve", challenges us to embrace transformation—both personally and professionally. It’s an invitation to step boldly into growth, change, and leadership in every season of our careers. Through powerful keynotes and thought-provoking panels, attendees will gain fresh perspectives on how women in commercial real estate and beyond can continue to evolve, lead with courage, and uplift one another.

Audacious Expansion

Audacious Expansion is more than a message; it’s a movement to rise, rebuild, and live with unapologetic authenticity. Through her powerful story of turning trauma into triumph, Erika reminds us that growth isn’t always about going bigger; it’s about going deeper, becoming bolder, and expanding into who we were always meant to be.

Launch Before You Are Ready

Success isn't about getting everything right; it's about having the courage to start before we’re ready. We must learn to embrace vulnerability, aim for progress over perfection, and take bold leaps—launching ourselves into new roles, new opportunities, and the world itself.
