What you MUST include (Per the Colorado Real Estate Commission):
- Your name, brokerage and team name in advertising.
- Also include your email address and/or phone number.
Advertising MUST include (displayed clearly and prominently):
- Full, legal name of the brokerage firm with which you are licensed.
- For individual brokers, your name must be included in advertisements.
- When advertising as a team, the team name is used, but the legal name of the brokerage firm must also be included.

What CAN NOT be included in the VMLS Broadcast Email:
Links to personal or brokerage websites, property listing sites, social media, etc... can not be included.
Also, link text, such as 'www.brokersite.com.'
Web links are not allowed in your Broadcast Email. This is to help protect users from sharing compensation info, which is prohibited per NAR and MLS regulations.
Emails with links will be delayed from sending until corrected. Delayed senders will get an email notification letting them know the reason.

Avon Mi Casa Program
The Town of Avon is excited to announce it has approved the 2026 Annual Budget and has renewed funding for both the Mi Casa Avon and Good Deeds Avon programs.
Avon will begin accepting Mi Casa Avon applications immediately for closings that occur after January 5th, 2026.
**Stay tuned for updates on the Good Deeds Avon application start date.**

What is the Special Assessment?
You may have noticed an "NAR Special Assessment" listed with your annual membership dues. A portion supports the Consumer Advertising Campaign, a national campaign clarifying to consumers the benefits and value of working with a REALTOR®.
The campaign is titled "Right By You," and includes TV, radio, print, and other advertising methods. It also includes social media graphics members and associations can use.
The entire $45 special assessment qualifies as fully deductible, per NAR.
