As you have seen posted around the property, 2040 Lofts is still enforcing parking heavily. This includes ticketing and towing vehicles that have no permit, are double parked, or are parked in the incorrect lot. No warnings or exceptions will be made.

Payments

Payments can be made by check or money order using the payment box located directly in front of the office, accessible 24/7. Please note that we cannot accept checks written in red, orange or pink pen, bent or crumpled checks or checks with no name and address printed in the top left corner.

You may also pay online at www.2040Lofts.com
There is a $10 service fee for all credit card payments. Tthere is no fee to pay using a checking account. You may set up recurring payments online.


A $50 late fee is charged to any balance of $50 or more after 5 p.m. on the 5th of each month.

Lounge Picture Excellent Service 24 Hours per Day

Walk into 2040 Lofts and step out of the everyday. Warm colors and bold lines frame spaces ideal for learning and living your way. We have Leasing Agents available Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 7p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12p.m. to 5p.m.

Maintenance Corner
2040 Lofts' maintenance team would like to give you a few tips on how to keep your apartment and our community in tip top shape this year!
  1. Trash Rooms: Please make sure to put all trash down the trash chute and recyclables in the appropriate bins. Recyclable boxes and large cardboard should be collapsed and left on the floor next to the recycle bins.
  2. Dishwashers: Rinse all cups and plates before placing them in the dishwasher. All food must be removed in order to keep your dishwasher from overflowing. Only use dishwasher liquid/powder or tablets. Do NOT use dishsoap in the dishwasher.
  3. Garbage Disposal: Do not place any solid objects down the garabage disposal (bones, bottle caps, etc.).

Grocery Store Shuttle
2040 Lofts will be beginning their weekly grocery store shuttle run to Pick N' Save or Metro Market tomorrow night during the Shuttle Free-Time. The shuttle will be leaving the property at 6:20pm and will leave the store at 6:55pm to return to the property by 7:05pm for the last run. This shuttle will be weekly on Wednesday Nights.

Meet the Managers
2040 Lofts wants to extend their thanks and gratitude for a very successful meeting in October. There was a good turnout with some positive feedback as well as some great suggestions. We do appreciate all of the feedback and hope to continue to receive it in upcoming meetings. Please know that these meetings are monthly with the next on November 29th at 5pm.
