211 is here to help every person in our community connect to essential services. United Way Blackhawk Region's 211 is part of a national network, United to help as many people as possible.

In 2021, 211 call specialists across North America made 27.8 million connections to critical resources for people.
The average number of calls per day rose as high as 54,000.
32 states promoted 211 as the number to call for COVID-19 help and questions.
