Wishing you Happy Holidays and a Peaceful New Year!

You're Invited to our 211 Lunch-and-Learn

We are excited to invite you to a special Lunch-and-Learn event focused on how the Ohio 211 Helpline can be a valuable resource for assisting you in handling your constituent affairs calls and improving constituent relations. Lunch will be provided.

The 211 Helpline is available 24/7/365 and is answered by 211 trained specialists that provide live assistance and connection to over 100,000 local community programs across Ohio, including employment support, veteran’s assistance, health, housing, food, utility assistance, and much more. In 2023 alone, 211 served over 900,000 Ohioans.

At this event, leading providers of 211 services from across the state will offer an overview of the 211 helpline and how legislative staff can direct constituents to 211.
