Basepoint BA has been long standing partners with UHKC for over two decades. We assist them in all of their security systems and help maintain a safe and healthy environment for their employees and patients.

Evolv Express® uses advanced sensor technology and artificial intelligence to distinguish between weapons and everyday items. It improves security by reliably detecting threats and enables a directed search, leading to a more dignified and respectful screening process that empowers security professionals and enhances the visitor experience.

The joint venture between Basepoint BA and UHKC was deployed in June of 2023 and has detected almost 400 threats entering the hospital to date. This solution is helping the UHKC Security Staff with their day to day duties and in making all of UHKC a safer place. it's time to Mix & Mingle!

It's that time of year again, where we are fortunate enough to be able to celebrate together with friends, family & community. 

And in true holiday spirit, we ask you to remember that the real meaning of the holidays is not only about togetherness, but also about giving. 

So please help us give the gift of a happy holiday season to some truly deserving children and families!! 



Giving:  All attendees are encouraged to bring donated gifts for either Newhouse Shelter and/or the residents. For every gift you donate you will get a raffle ticket to put towards winning a gift for yourself or someone on your shopping list! (1 raffle ticket per donated item).

Most popular and heavily requested items for the residents to have as gifts (not on the wish list):

• Bluetooth speakers
• Perfume
• Spa sets (these typically have face masks, bath bombs, lotion, body wash)
• Children's toys (Legos, Playdoh, Dolls, art & raft kits)
• Adult art & craft kits/supplies
• Gift cards (Walmart, Target, QuikTrip, Visa, Restaurants)

Receiving: We are also looking for auction and raffle prize donations – these are typically generously donated from our Associate members, but obviously all Professional members are encouraged to donate as well!

• Appliances (Keurig, Air Fryer, Roomba…)
• Furniture (Chair, lamp, sit/stand…)
• Gift baskets (wine, liquor, treats…)
