Dear Ira,
For our second webinar of 2023, please join us in welcoming Toye Sobande, DSL, who will present his ongoing research in the field of Followership with a discussion on his work showing that followership, like leadership, should be approached from two pedagogical directions. The first is learning about followership; the second is learning to follow and be a good follower. With a particular focus on the cultural perspective of Africans, Toye will ask the question, "What might it look like to study followership along with the study of leadership? And what might it look like to teach how to follow along with teaching how to lead?"
We look forward to seeing you online on the 23rd February.
