Dear Friends of Clarity Breathwork,
Greetings from PachaMama, Costa Rica! We are having an amazing and deep time here in the lush, green forest filled with mango eating monkeys, butterflies, flowers and creatures everywhere. We can hear the monkeys in the background as we write. Here is one eating a mango upside down!
 It's a special time of year here just after the Silent Retreat and in a slower season. The intimacy of our group is allowing the deepest openings & healing on so many levels. We are blessed, humbled and honored to share this work in such a wonderful community. This way of life, which is far more connected to the Earth, gives us hope for humanity. That we could live in a different way that brings reverence to all we do, allows the children to thrive, brings us out of isolation and electronic addiction and into community where we can heal and awaken our hearts, minds and bodies! There is so much good here, one just has to come and experience it to know. We'll be back in February and March 2016 with our Complete 200 Hour Clarity Breathwork Training Program which you can take part in some, or all of, depending on your path. Level 3: Practitioner's Intensive Dive deeper into the art and science of sharing breathwork with others! This intensive gives you the tools to support others in the many issues that can arise in breathwork sessions and gives ample experience in trading sessions and learning how to support and process each other at deeper levels. We address both psychological and spiritual process drawing from over 50 years combined experience and the teachings of Adyashanti, Byron Katie, Gangaji, Eckhart Tolle, Marshall Rosenberg, Peter Levine, Stan Grof, Krishnananda & Amana Trobe, and others.
Level 4: Business & Leadership Prepares you to create an effective, professional practice. Ashanna Solaris is a dynamic priestess and an alternative therapist and teacher for over 25 years facilitating hundreds of workshops and private sessions. Ashanna is a Certified Clarity Breathwork™ Practitioner and Trainer facilitating workshops in the U.S. and internationally, for personal transformation and training practitioners in the healing arts. Ashanna is also a Reiki Master, Certified Hypnotherapist, Intuitive Counselor, Light Body Teacher, Sound Healer, and Public Speaker. She is graduate of the Somatic Experiencing Training of Peter Levine.
Ashanna is also a student of conscious movement of many styles including: BodyTales & 5 rhythms.

 Dana DeLong (Dharma Devi)
has been involved in the Global Breathwork Community for over 25 years as a Certified Clarity Breathwork Trainer and Practitioner, inspirational teacher and guide. She is also certified by ARTI (Association of Rebirthers and Trainers int'l.), and the former LRT (Loving Relationships Training) as well as Condor Blanco in Chile-a holistic and ecological mystery school. She is the co-founder of Clarity Breathwork & Clarity Productions, producing seminars, retreats and musical events around the globe. Dana is also an international recording artist and gifted flautist, kirtan chant leader with several Cd's, both solo and in collaboration with other major artists.
