CONTINUING EDUCATION

The Appraisal Institute has approved continuing education as follows: 17.5 points for Part 1 and 17.5 points for Part 2.  The Georgia and South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Boards have approved 3.5 hours per part (TOTAL OF 7 HOURS) of real estate appraiser and real estate sales & broker credit.
