Reach Out Morongo Basin will be holding Caregiver Peer Support groups!
At The
Yucca Valley Senior Center 57088 29 Palms Hwy

Care-giving can be a tough and isolating experience but caregiver support groups are filled with people in similar situations that get what you’re going through.
These informal groups are a great place to ask for advice, find out about useful resources, and just vent about your frustrations.
Nobody will judge you because everyone is going through the same struggles.
There is no instruction manual for being a caregiver and being forced to learn everything by trial and error is hard!
Our caregiver support group will give you an informal place to learn techniques from someone else’s experience.
If you are interested in participating in please call:
Reach Out Morongo Basin at 760-361-1410 or 760-369-8671.
