Letter from the Chair

We can't wait to welcome you to "A Lucky Knight for St. Ambrose" on March 3rd for a night of fellowship and fundraising for our wonderful school! Be ready to open your wallets and raise those paddles during our live auction led once again by professional auctioneer, Chris Rasmus of Rasmus Auctions. Get in a bidding war over the awesome donations from our teachers, such as the library pajama party with Mrs. Healy & Mrs. Rowley or lunch for 3 at American Girl Café with Ms. Beaulieu. Try your luck and pull a gift card for $100 to Flynn O'Hara or snag a treasure in the pot of souvenirs. Who will be the lucky raffle winners of dinner at the Inn at Little Washington, 50/50, or jewelry? You don't want to miss this memorable evening!

Photo Booth

For a small fee, grab your friends and create fun group pictures using traditional props or St. Patrick's Day props. Photo Fun Zone will be providing an open air photo booth with unlimited on site prints and an email feature for guests. It promises to be entertaining and you walk away with fun keepsakes from the evening!

Get your tickets now before we are sold out - we are already almost half way there! Tickets are $50 per person and will be sold until February 18th. Ticket prices will then go up to $60 and will be on sale from February 19th until the day of the event or when we sell out.

Join up with friends and sponsor a table to show your extra support for the school. Your name will appear in the program as a sponsor and you will have reserved seating.

  • Gold Sponsorship for $750 includes 10 tickets and 10 extra minutes to bid at the silent auction after it closes.
  • Silver Sponsorship for $500 includes 8 tickets.
  • Bronze Sponsorship for $250 includes 4 tickets.

You can purchase tickets or your sponsorship by cash or check by sending in your money along with the ticket sales form  to the school office. There will also be ticket sales after mass on February 10th and 11th. You can purchase tickets by credit card online at   www.silentauctionpro.com/onlineticketpurchase.php?groupid=980. There is no 2% service charge for credit card use for ticket sales as previously indicated. This only applies to auction items purchased. Please see attached sales form.
A Wee Bit of Irish Food

A huge thank you to Gabriel Catering for agreeing to offer catering services at a discount for our special Irish evening. He will be providing a choice of Shepherd's Pie or Chicken Marsala with Orzo pasta and green beans. A garden salad and rolls will also be included. Rumor has it that Mrs. Rowley will be making a batch of her mother's Irish potato and leek soup for a limited number of tastings!
Dessert Auction
Calling all bakers! We need your delicious treats for our dessert auction at the Gala. Please use the form at the attached link to confirm your dessert donation. Return forms to the office or email dessert donation information to gala@stambroseschool.org.

Thank you to our generous families and great room parents for working together to assemble some incredible class baskets for our silent auction. Here's what you can look forward to:

50/50 Raffle

Get out there and sell your raffle tickets! We've only had a few students turn in their sold tickets and our pot is already at about $1,000. With every family's help we can get this pot up to $20,000 and someone will walk away with a great cash prize. Send in what you have even if you're not done selling so everyone can see how quickly our pot can grow. Tickets are $10 each or 6 for $50 and the winner does not need to be present.
