PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN WILL MEET ON OCTOBER 10 AT 10 A.M. IN THE FELLOWSHIP HALL

We warmly welcome anyone who can join us for hymn singing, mission news, and Bible study.

This year, our Bible study will center on the encounters with Jesus as written in the books of Luke and Acts. In October, we will specifically delve into Jesus' approach to chronic illness and how he reached out to those who suffered.

We invite you to come and join us for an enriching study and fellowship, as we unite in our shared knowledge of God's love and mercy.

FALL GATHERING

The PW Group Organization within the Presbytery of East Tennessee has announced a fall gathering to take place on Sat., Oct. 28, at the John Knox Center. Contact Helen Grant if you are interested in attending.

We will be discussing the book Horse by Geraldine Brooks.

REALM ABCs SET UP GUIDE

REALM TRAINING CLASSES

Bonnie Smith is offering free training classes this fall on our new congregational connectivity app, Realm.

Classes for anyone will be held on the 3rd week of the month. Classes for leaders of groups are the 4th week of the month. Although you can pre-register, you do not have to sign up for these classes in advance.

This month (OCTOBER), the FISH Pantry is in special need of household and personal items:

Toothpaste
Deodorant
Toilet Paper
Dish soap
Newborn diapers
Shampoo

Our once-a-month FISH team receives phone call requests for food and these additional items; they are sorted, packed, and delivered to each client's household.

All donations should be newly purchased; any quantities would be greatly appreciated.

WE ASK YOU TO NOT DONATE FOOD

(only pet food).
