Tell Me Something Good: Opened Eyes, Closed Eyes

John 9:1-41

The story of the healing of the man born blind in John's gospel challenges us to discern where, when, how we might be "blind" to life and those who accompany us in life. It also inspires us to open our eyes to God's Love and Light within ourselves and others.

Membership Committee Rolls Out

Navigator Program

If you are new to the church and want to learn more about its programs and groups or if you’re a long-time member with knowledge to share, the Navigator Program can help! The Membership Committee will link new members with long-time members who will help them learn more about First Cong’s boards, committees, ministries, and small groups. Our goal is to integrate new members into our church community. For more information or to become part of the Navigators, contact Nancy Wade.

Love Is Love – T-shirts and Sweatshirts Available

Order NOW to receive before PRIDE in June

The LGBTQIA+ and Allies Group have designed a shirt with the phrase Love Is Love on the front and the First Cong logo on the back. We wanted to have a shirt we can wear to Boulder PRIDE, PRIDE Sunday, Open and Affirming (ONA) Sunday, and other events showing people that First Cong is a safe place to worship for ALL of God’s children. We are not raising funds but are just providing a way to give testimony to God’s love. If you would like to order a shirt, click here.
