PALM/PASSION SUNDAY, MARCH 29, 2026

The Procession and the Table

Matthew 21:1-11

8:15 a.m. | Chapel

Prayer, Scripture, sermon, and song to open the holy road.

9:30 a.m. | Outdoor Blessing of the Palms and Procession

The churches along Pine Street gather as one, beginning outside in front of

St. John’s Episcopal Church. After a brief service and the combined choirs singing Hosanna, we move together from Pine to 15th to Pearl to Broadway – through the city with palms waving, Covenant banners carried, kites lifting hope, and a costumed donkey – before returning to our own corner.

10:30 a.m. | Sanctuary & Online

The procession carries us into worship as we continue the story and step into Holy Week together.

Palm Sunday is more than a parade. This year our worship moves from the streets to the upper room – from The Procession that shook Jerusalem to The Table that showed his disciples what the kingdom looks like from the inside. Two reflections. One continuous act of following. Come and see what kind of power has come among us.

The Nursery is open from 8:15-11:45 a.m. for children ages 0-5.

Early Schoolers start in their classroom at 10:15 a.m.

All Children and Youth K-12 will start in worship then go to Sunday School.
