Closure of the Trenton Satellite Office of the Association

Members were informed in 2023 that the Trenton property of the Association was for sale. This is to notify you that the satellite office of the Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® located at 1428 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, will permanently close in March. Our headquarters office, located at 14 Old Bridge Turnpike in South River, and our satellite office, located at 3461 US Highway 22 E Bldg. B, in Branchburg, will remain. If you need to visit the Trenton office (before the permanent closing), please schedule an appointment first by calling MJAR at (609) 392-3666 or by email at info@core-realtors.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing Webinar

April 11, from 9 AM - 12:30 PM

This class is available for NJ and PA CE credits.

This webinar helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking to avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will examine the history of bias in real estate, learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations, and engage in interactive exercises to enhance communication skills and business relationships with clients of all backgrounds.

January Housing Market Indicates Homes in NJ are Selling Faster Than Last Year

According to New Jersey Realtors^®January Housing Market report, homes were on the market for just 39 days year-to-date, a 15.2 percent decrease over the same period last year. Homes also continue to receive more than the list price, 101 percent, while the median sales price is up 12 percent year-to-date to $465,000.
