Hello and Happy October! Hope your Fall has been a beautiful one so far.
Mine has been busy, complete with a new Forbes blog, and some great teaching/training opportunities.
Also, I'm very excited to be working with emerging women leaders in the national corporate arena, and having the chance to help corporate employers shift their work cultures so that both men and women can thrive equally well, and reach their highest potential. Heaven!
ADDRESSING CAREER BLOCKS
Towards that end, I've been observing repetitive behaviors that hold people back from attaining career bliss - common missteps that block them from following a course that aligns with their innermost passions, beliefs, values and priorities.
If you look around, you'll see a vast number of working people today who just can't claim career success and fulfillment as their own. They feel thwarted, confused, and unable to chart a professional course that brings joy and contentment. Having lived through this type of career misery for a number of years myself, I know how disheartening it is.
