This meditation uses words, images, and feelings to evoke a loving kindness and friendliness toward oneself and others.
With recitation of phrases, you express an intention, planting the seeds of loving wishes over and over in you heart. With a loving heart as the background, all that you attempt, all that you encounter will open and flow easily.
Our Tuesday beginner Meditation group will teach you a variety of practices and techniques that cultivate awareness and attention; teach you to turn inward to help relieve stress or anxiety; get still, experience peace and focus with the support of a group.
Wear comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Chairs will be provided if you prefer.
