Your Brain Needs the Right Input
Your brain is constantly taking in information from the eyes, ears, balance system, muscles, and environment. At Plasticity Brain Centers, one of the things we evaluate is how the brain is receiving, processing, and responding to that input.
There are normal ranges for how these systems should function together. When the brain is not working at full capacity or becomes overstimulated, it can begin to show up in everyday life as:
- Fatigue
- Dizziness
- Brain fog
- Difficulty concentrating
- Emotional dysregulation
- Sensitivity to light, sound, or motion
Many people are surprised to learn that these symptoms can reflect how the brain is processing information rather than simply “pushing through stress” or “being tired.”
Through detailed assessments, we look at things like eye movements, balance, coordination, reaction time, and sensory processing to better understand where the brain may be struggling and how to create a more targeted plan of care.
