It's hard to believe it's already September! Summer may be officially over in less than two weeks, so let's enjoy the weather while we can. There is plenty happening in Toronto this month, including jazz in Kensington Market and the Just for Laughs Festival! For more events, check out my latest blog.

There are also the gorgeous colours in the trees to look forward to and of course, for some of us September marks the start of the fall real estate market! If you're a first-time buyer getting into the market, check out the article I've got on the new national incentive program that offers a select few a gateway into homeownership.

Also not to be missed are my three new exciting listings! One is a condo on Queen's Quay with panoramic views, the second a large, fully renovated two bedroom condo at Yonge and Carlton, plus a home for lease on Old Mill Road. Check them out!

As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.

Check out www.be-at-home.com for exciting real estate opportunities!
