Hi,
Microsoft 365 is your software like Outlook or Word.
May also be your pictures & documents stored online ( One Drive ) or even your email.
It is a Cloud Subscription.
Most people don’t hate Microsoft 365 —
they just don’t like what it turns into once it’s been running for a while.
After working with many people, we keep hearing the same three complaints:
1. THE BIG ONE “I keep paying the bill, but I’m not sure it’s set up right.”
Licenses change, features overlap, and costs add up quietly over time.
People often wonder:
- What am I subscribed to?
- Are we paying for too much?
- Or worse… will I lose access to my information if I cancel something?
2.“This is way more complicated than it should be.”
Microsoft 365 comes with a lot of moving parts — settings, portals, add‑ons — and most people are never shown what actually matters versus what can be ignored.
I agree with this one but... I personally think it is worth getting it right.
3. “I thought Microsoft handled security and backups…”
This is the biggest surprise.
Microsoft keeps the platform running — but you are still responsible for access, mistakes, lost files, and bad actions.
Many people only discover this after something goes wrong.
Cloud Technology is just a bunch of computers you connect to over the internet - you need to know how they work.
MOSTLY WE WANT TO ENSURE WE ARE NOT OVERPAYING, RIGHT?
