Did you know that the risk of colorectal increases after age 50. Having a parent, brother, sister or child with colorectal cancer doubles a person's risk of colorectal cancer.


African American have an increased risk of colorectal cancer and death from the disease compared to other races. Why? Know the cause.


For this month, we are discussing colorectal cancer, and how YOU can make sure that you and your family are protected and healthy in these matters.


We host FREE events monthly. On Thursdays online Zoom Virtual Community for our Absol-Delicious Eat Well for Better Health Program, learning how to manage chronic disease better with food, nutrition, cooking and healthy lifestyle strategies. This week we will have presenters and a chef joining us. We'll present delicious meal options, easy food demonstrations, and give away lots of valuable free information.
