Here are 3 tips that help us boost our metabolism:
- Maximize the action of Leptin and Insulin which work together to control the quality and the rate of your metabolism.....How can we do this.....eliminate as much sugar as possible because it destroys our leptin and insulin hormone balance!!!! If we could only do this #1 thing we could possibly see amazing results!!!
- Cardiovascular exercise, that's a new one I know.....
