Giving Tuesday Campaign Countdown

Giving Tuesday Is December 2, 2025 — And Your Gift Will Be Matched!

Grow Futures from the Ground Up: We believe in planting seeds of possibility through food, work, and community. This Giving Tuesday, your support helps us grow fresh produce, create jobs, and build systems rooted in equity.

Thanks to a generous match donor, every gift made on Giving Tuesday will be doubled, up to $10,000—amplifying your impact and helping us reach more neighbors with fresh food, meaningful work, and community connection.

Whether you give once or become a monthly donor, your support plants seeds of change—helping us grow food, build skills, and stay rooted in community.

Board Retreat & Strategic Planning

Recently, Soulful Seeds gathered for our annual board retreat—a powerful opportunity to pause, reflect, and chart our course for the years ahead. These retreats are more than meetings; they’re moments of connection and clarity where board members and staff come together to align on purpose and priorities.

In preparation for 2026, we revisited 2025 Goals and laid out a focused strategy to deepen our impact. We refined our strategic plan with clear quarterly milestones with impact goals.

Goal 1: Strengthen infrastructure to accommodate the organization's expanding funding portfolio and growing equipment requirements.

Goal 2: Strengthen stakeholder engagement through optimized communication strategies and multi-channel outreach platforms.

Goal 3: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of program capacity and impact to optimize outcomes within existing resources.

This retreat also marked the official launch of our year-end campaign. With Giving Tuesday on the horizon, we’re mobilizing our community and deepening engagement across all channels. These efforts will strengthen our foundation and help us grow into a more inclusive, responsive, and resilient organization—one that continues to make meaningful impact in the community.

Thank You, Redfield Foundation

Heartfelt thanks for Redfield Foundation's general operating support, enhancing our ability to respond to community needs and foster meaningful connections. This funding allowed us to expand access to fresh, locally grown food, deliver hands-on educational experiences, and strengthen community ties through inclusive garden programming.

Redfield Foundation's donations also supported efforts to address key social determinants of health—including access to nutritious food, education, and workforce development—while cultivating a deeper sense of belonging and resilience among participants.
