2021 marks East End Hospice's 30th year as a New York State certified hospice.
From our humble beginnings as a grassroots effort led by the late, Dorothy P. Savage, to care for terminally ill family, friends and neighbors to our place in the community today as the East End's leading resource for end-of-life care and bereavement services, we're grateful to families who have welcomed us into their homes or reached out for bereavement support, community members who have invested in our work and our incredible staff who improve the lives of those living with terminal illness.
East End Hospice is the leading, most comprehensive provider of hospice services for Eastern Long Island. Our coverage includes Southampton, East Hampton, Riverhead, Southold and Eastern Brookhaven Townships, as well as, Shelter and Fishers Islands.
