Meet Daniel Krupa, JHC's 2022 Fellow from Pace University's Law School

JHC is thrilled to welcome Daniel Krupa, its 2022 fellow through Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law. Daniel is a rising 2L student at Pace, studying environmental law with an emphasis on land use and zoning. At JHC he is drafting an overview of the legislative history surrounding the Jay Estate from roughly the 1970s to the present day. This will serve as a living document to show how the Jay Heritage Center succeeded and continues to succeed in preserving the Jay Estate, as well as serve as a guide for other

non-profits that may face similar land use challenges as they operate within public land.

Clean Water Infrastructure Grant Workshop

Join NY State Assemblyman Steve Otis for a special workshop on the state's Environmental Facilities Corporation water infrastructure grant programs and other clean water financing opportunities.

Amy Villalba

We love our volunteers! In a series beginning this week, we'll feature some of our nonprofit's stars. First up is Amy Villalba, who began volunteering in the Jay Gardens last summer.
