Summers are always filled with city-wide events. What I look forward to most each year are my ward block parties. It is always a pleasure interacting with residents, tasting some of the neighborhood food, and addressing issues. This summer, I have already visited several block parties and have enjoyed every one of them. When will you have yours?
Northwest CDC Parent Mentor Program Pays a Visit
Yesterday, members of the Northwest CDC Parent Mentor Program visited our office to express their gratitude for our support. This amazing program involves, educates, and empowers parents in our community. Keep up the fantastic work!
31st Ward Softball Camp Off to a Good Start
Recently, I started my softball camp and had over 30 kids in the first week. I like to interact with the kids, help them learn how to play softball and teach them good sportsmanship. There is still time to join. Visit my Facebook page for more information or contact our office.
