This vigil, set during National Crime Victims' Rights Week, will be a time to remember, a time to stand with survivors of violence, and a time to provide support to people experiencing grief. 32nd Annual Homicide Vigil
This virtual event from 6-7 PM on Tuesday, April 26 will include an invocation by non-denominational pastor Dr. Yvonne Kaye and presentations by VSC victim advocates, a survivor of homicide loss, and Montgomery County DA Kevin Steele.

Supporting victims of crime through the pandemic
Clinical psychologist Shoshana Wortman, Psy. D. explains the impact of the pandemic on trauma survivors. She also shares tips for those in helping professions like education, victim services, and clergy on how preserving our own mental health.
Save the date for Matty Muir event
Mark your calendar for 2-4 PM Sunday, June 12 for VSC's annual Matty Muir benefit titled "Empowering Survivors to Thrive." Pop-up container gardens will be available for purchase, and you can bid on mystery bags, art, and locally made crafts. Each ticket is $30 and includes a boxed lunch made by Alice Bakery in North Wales. If you would like to donate items, please email Lynn Williams.
