The funding for Sept 1-Dec 31, 2017 has now closed. We can still submit grants that fall under the following criteria: 

Rural ( job located in a community with 25,000 people or less)

Underrepresented 

  • New Canadians who are:
    - refugees landed in Canada, or
    - protected persons entitled to work in Canada, or
    - landed immigrants to Canada within the past five years or less
  • Aboriginal people 
  • Persons with disabilities
  • Youth (aged 15-24) 
  • Women in Trades and Natural Resource Sector
  • Women in Technology
