It has been a long, cold winter, but each year on the last Friday in February, we conduct the Grundy Consignment Machinery Auction at the Grundy County Fairgrounds in Morris, IL. This auction helps kick-off our "auction season". Over 1,200 Buyers from 10 States attend the auction each year. All consignments are welcome and accepted Feb 24-27th. NO Junk! Gavin Tool & Lumber Auction - Sandwich, IL
This monthly auction brings out hundreds of bidders from all around the Great Lakes Area. There are many racks of assorted tools, some items still in unopened boxes. If you're interested in lumber, there are over 100 presorted stacks of plywood, 2x4s, trim and more. We begin at 8:00 a.m. sharp and lumber starts at 10:30. Bring a friend, two auction rings will run all day. Directions: Take Rt 34 to Sandwich, IL to 3rd Stop Light (Latham St); then 5 miles North to Chicago Road; then West 1 mile to 16119 Chicago Rd, Sandwich, IL 60548.
