As Partners in Housing continued to develop the strategy for long-term success, we were able to purchase five single-family homes from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)!
These homes had been leased to Partners in Housing for use in our program, but we were excited to move forward in acquiring them!
Along with a grant back from HUD, funding from the City of Colorado Springs, and the State of Colorado Division of Housing, the five homes were added to the Partners in Housing inventory for long-term support of the community.
These five homes are still in use by Partners in Housing and have been well maintained! We continue to adhere to the low-income restriction agreements, that were part of the funding awards. Pictures of our properties below:
