EVENTS AND CLINICS
Coach Appreciation Week
May 5-11

While many of us began swimming Masters for a variety of reasons, it's often a single reason that keeps us coming back to the pool: our coaches. Whether it is providing stroke instruction to help us improve or stay injury-free, developing interesting and challenging workouts, or giving us a word of encouragement when we are feeling down, our coaches are an essential element of our swimming routine. Despite their importance, it is easy to take them for granted and forget to thank them for their efforts. For this reason, Pacific Masters Swimming designated the week beginning with the first Sunday in May as Coach Appreciation Week. This year's Pacific Masters Coach Appreciation Week will be May 5-11. Need inspiration on how to thank your coach? Look here.
Spring Lake
May 18

Spring Lake, Santa Rosa, is the first swim of the PacMasters Open Water Season.  This is a great swim for the novice and experienced open water swimmer. The looped course around the lake is easy to follow and you are always close to shore. The lifeguards on the water put on a safe and fun event. Best of all, the swims are finished early so you can enjoy the rest of the day in the North Bay. Join us!  Information and Registration
Bay Area Senior Games

Keelhauler's Time Trial is a must for swimmers new to long course swimming. Donations ($5-$10) to drop in are welcome.
Del Valle Open Water Festival
June 8-9

Tri-Valley Masters welcomes you to its two-day Open Water Festival at Lake Del Valle in Livermore! The festival will start on Saturday with 5K and 10K races. Sunday will feature races of 1.2K, 2.5K.
