The Dake Foundation for Children
Founded by Gary Dake in 2009, the Foundation strives to improve the quality of life for children with disabilities. Recognizing the importance of play and inclusion, they support the mental, social and physical health that insurance does not cover. By improving their quality of life, they let 'children be children'.
Ryan Moore
CEO - Behan Communications
Ryan Moore has had a distinguished career in politics, the private sector and public service. As Warren County Administrator during COVID, he took the opportunity to work with the community to 'do things better'. In his current leadership role at Behan Communications, he continues to grow the culture and implement smart strategies for the community and their clients.
Lindsey Connors
Associate Executive Director RISE
As a member of the Saratoga Alliance to End Homelessness, Lindsey discusses the 'continuum of care' among member agencies. They provide coordination of human services for referrals to meet specific needs. The initiative also provides cards with all information to find services required to address core issues and long-term solutions.
Allison Gaddy
Lake Champlain Lake George Regional Planning Board
As Senior Planner, Allison outlines the action plan to maintain the ecological qualities of the LG watershed. Public opinion, outreach and local assessment strategies are key elements that shape the vision & direction. A draft will be submitted in Dec. and the final draft this spring.
Shannon Bitzer
 Early Childhood Education Instructor at WSWHE BOCES
BOCES is providing a
2-year program that allows juniors and seniors to learn teaching skills in an operational Pre-K classroom. The program meets the requirements of the CDA credentials necessary for daycare teachers. They focus on guidance, professionalism and soft skills for operational Pre-K.
