4% LIHTC with Bond Gap Financing Update

The 2023 4% LIHTC with Bond Gap Financing (BGF) Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) has been posted.

The AHFA serves as the Agency’s proforma for proposed projects and is customized for each funding round. Applicants in this year’s 4% LIHTC with BGF round must use the newly-posted AHFA, which is located on the Agency’s Housing Development Assistance Program (HDAP) website.
