Last weekend kicked off peak winter season and town is bustling with happy locals, second homeowners and vacationers loving the incredible ski conditions. My incredible assistant, Christie Henderson, was able to find a “discounted” rental for one of our top clients over President's Weekend for “only” $10,000 a night vs. the holiday rate of $12,500/night. We will see fewer discounts through March. Be sure to book your ski trip soon!

REAL ESTATE UPDATE

Square footage numbers continue to rise over $5,000-$6,000 per sq foot with the easy walk to town product. We see a very active real estate market since the national election. Buyers are “paying up” big numbers for square footage and product they want.

Alpine Coaster on Snowmass Mountain

For winter thrills off the slopes, look no further than the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster. Riders will wind their way through over a mile of forest on an elevated track at speeds of up to 28mph.
