City Wide Youth Prayer & Worship

This year 4:12 is hosting the City-Wide Youth Prayer & Worship Night at Marion Methodist. This is a great opportunity for all churches from the Cedar Rapids metro area to unite and pray for our communities, schools, and revival in our city. This is a great opportunity to invite friends to be part of this great event.

Camp Sunday

Mark your calendars to support the camp breakfast to raise funds to send students to Camp!

If your child wants to participate in helping with this event, they can get an extra $60 towards their camp cost.

Baptisms at 4:12

Once again, 4:12 is hosting Baptism Night. We want to invite all the students and adults who want to take their next step in faith to go through the waters of baptism by immersion. Students who were baptized as infants can choose to take this opportunity to reaffirm their baptism.

Please contact Gonzo (gsantillan@marionmethodist.org) if you or your child desires to be baptized on May 7.

Summer Games University

This camp was born out of Marion Methodist many years ago, with a vision to reach young people with the Hope of the Gospel. This is a week full of fun, great music, worship, and a retreat away from the usual routine of life to grow in faith.

Every student finishing 6th -12th grade is welcome to come and be part of this unique experience this Summer.

And once again, Marion Methodist is offering a massive discount. $300 off the regular pricing of $449. Use code "MARIONMETHODIST25" at registration.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to check out the website or contact Gonzo at gsantillan@marionmethodist.org

Parent Resources

Whenever we discipline our kids, our overall goal is not to punish or to give consequences but to teach. The root of discipline is “disciple,” meaning “student.” Punishment might shut down a behavior in the short term, but teaching offers skills that last a lifetime.
