As part of our Habits Series at 4:12, we’ve been talking about the reliability of the Bible and the importance of creating a habit for reading it.

Research shows that reading the Bible consistently has real benefits. Studies reveal that it can reduce stress and anxiety by nearly 30%, improve mental health, strengthen relationships, and help reduce harmful behaviors, among other positive effects.

That is why helping our children create those habits is very important.
