This MJAR Brunch & Learn will empower Realtors® with knowledge about affordable housing, lending products, and resources to help buyers across the Garden State. Attendees will gain the necessary tools and resources to assist first-time homebuyers and low—and moderate-income borrowers obtain affordable mortgages. This hybrid event is free to members. To attend virtually, a Zoom link will be emailed one (1) day prior to all registered attendees.

Realtors® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours and 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of Realtors®.
Cycle 7 (January 1, 2022–December 31, 2024) NAR Code of Ethics training cycles run on a triennial basis.
