Lord of Wisdom, when I feel judged or misunderstood, help me stay calm and rooted in You. Teach me to see the work You are doing in my life rather than the accusations around me. Even when doubt lingers, help me recognize Your presence through what You do, not just Your words. I choose to trust You, knowing You hold me securely and are at work beyond what I can see. Amen.

PRINCIPAL'S LETTER

“To the servant of God every place is the right place, and every time is the right time.” Saint Catherine of Siena

Dear Parents,

I would like to share an update regarding the planned project for the Joy Building. Mrs. Laster has signed the contract for the company to repair the water damage. The work is scheduled to start on Monday, April 13. It is expected to take about two weeks for completion. During the time that the work is happening, the preschool students will learn in the Hope Building in the two classrooms that the Hive uses.

For the Wisdom Building, Mrs. Laster has signed the contract for the roof repairs. The work is scheduled to begin by Tuesday of next week. During the duration of the roof project, it is safe for students and teachers to use the Wisdom Building, so it will not impact the educational setting for the students. Due to the rain and continued forecast for rain, fans and de-humidifiers are being used to limit any additional water damage.

The month of April is an exciting month filled with many exciting things. Here are a few of the important dates to note, but additional dates and information can be found on our school calendar:

· April 7: Classes Resume

· April 9: Eucharistic Procession and Middle School Library Grand Opening

· April 10: Taste of the World

· April 24: MAP Window Closes

You are in my prayers during this Easter season!

God Bless,

Erin Vu

Extra! Extra! The St. Dominic Savio Theatre Department presents Newsies Jr. on Thursdays April 9, Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11 at 7 pm in the Savio gym. For the first time ever, several Holy Family middle school students are also acting, singing and dancing in this production!

Newsies Jr. is a high-energy musical based on the true story of New York City newsboys who strike against unfair price hikes by powerful publishers. Led by charismatic Jack Kelly, the “newsies” band together to demand justice and fair treatment. Along the way, they discover the strength of unity, courage, and standing up for what’s right. Filled with catchy songs and dynamic choreography, the show celebrates resilience, friendship, and the power of young voices to create change. Fun for all ages!

Tickets are just $10 and can be purchased at the door or in advance at https://stdominicsaviocatholichighschool.factsmgtadmin.com/form/WrRr9ArHR?authToken=__token__
