Doctor's Notes

Dear Friends,

It seems to be a confusing time between freezing and spring weather, which makes it always fun to get ready in the morning! But glimpses of the warmth give us hints that change is ahead.

And speaking of change, we have some new highlights to share that are happening in the practice:

  • Somers office: We launched our Aesthetics services at Nirvana Spa & Wellness in Somers, CT.

  • Galleri testing: We are offering the Galleri test, a multi-cancer detection test by blood, looking for floating fragments of cancer in your blood.

  • Calcium: We are working on piloting Calcium, which will allow your smart data and remote data to be shared with us so we can more closely coach and help you manage your health.

  • Mini-Gym in South Windsor: We have converted one of our rooms upstairs to a mini-gym, so when you come to your physical, dress relaxed in case you want a quick workout while we chat (who says we have to sit and chat!)

  • Ambry Genetics: We will be offering a genetic cancer screen with Ambry, which is a unique way of testing for both DNA and RNA of cancer genes.

  • Nonagon: We will be offering our patients Nonagon, which will allow you to do a remote medical exam in the comfort of your own home and send me the data for evaluation. Pricing will be available soon.
