New 4-H Year Enrollment Payment Updated

When enrolling 4-H members in 4HOnline, the final payment due says that it is $15 dollars. This is incorrect and does not show the complete enrollment fee of $50 for regular 4-H Members or $40 for Cloverbuds for the 4-H year. The
4-H Leader fee is still $5.

For this year we will be accepting club checks only. If you are in a club that does not have a bank account, we will accept family checks.

Families will need to submit their payment to their designated club leader (via whatever method is decided between them - cash, check, Venmo, whatever works for them) and the club leader will need to submit a club check to the Extension Office.
Club Literature Orders
  • Club literature request forms must still be used.
  • Requests that are emailed in without the form will not be accepted.
  • After your form is received Jean will pull the order as her schedule allows. Please keep in mind that she is still working part in the office and part from home due to COVID. Also keep mind that she has other duties as well as pulling 4-H literature.
  • Jean will pull manuals first from what she has in stock in the office. We are going to stop carrying manuals in the office so if she is out, they will have to be ordered.
  • The University Resource Center, where we order manuals we are out of, is going to stop carrying the manuals also.
  • Once Jean is out and the resource center is out, there is a list of about 10 different places Jean will have to order from.
  • Once this starts happening, please be patient as they will be coming from a lot of different places. Also, with COVID still being a factor, this could affect shipping times.
  • Due to our transition to be under the Open Spaces umbrella, Jean will not be able to order any manuals until next month as our account numbers are changing.
  • Once your order is complete (or complete pending items needing ordered), Jean will email the club leader listed on the order form and let them know it is ready.
  • We will not be mailing literature orders to clubs. If you are a club that is out East, Ethan has generously volunteered to take your order and meet you somewhere with it. When Jean emails you to let you know it is ready, she will copy Ethan on the email and you will be instructed to contact him to set up a pickup place and time that works for both of you. All other clubs will have to email Jean and make an appointment to pick up your literature at the office.

4-H Enrollment Late Fee Waived - This Year Only
With so much uncertainty this year, we have decided to suspend the re-enrollment late fee that would normally be imposed after December 1st. If you are choosing to re-enroll, please still do so as early as you can so we are able to determine enrollment status.

Please remember the deadline to enroll/re-enroll and be eligible to participate in the 2021 Arapahoe County Fair is April 1, 2021. There will be no exceptions to this rule for any reason.

Beef Members: Please note that beef members will need to be enrolled by MARCH 1 in order to participate in Tag-In.
In-Person Meeting Update
Due to the current Safer-at-Home level in Arapahoe County set forth by Tri-County Health, we are not able to begin hosting in person meetings at the moment like we hoped. We will continue to monitor health guidelines and will try again once they improve.
