NEW Arapahoe County Dates and Deadlines Document
In order to keep our 4-H families and volunteers informed on 4-H dates and deadlines, the 4-H team has created a document containing an updated list of county-wide dates and deadlines for the 4-H year. This document will be continuously updated and a link will be included in the newsletters and on the Arapahoe County 4-H Member Resources webpage. Click on the image to the left to view the document.
Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation Annual Evergreen Sale Winners

The 4-H Foundation would like to thank the 4-H Clubs and members for a very successful wreath and evergreen fund raiser this year. A total of 403 items were sold for $10,346.00.  The total amount earned will be announced as soon as expenses have been paid. Member and club incentives will be sent to each 4-H club organizational leader for distribution. 
 
Congratulations to those 4-H members listed below who won the high individual sale incentives.

If you haven't yet cashed your 2021 Fair premium check, that MUST be done prior to 12/31/21 or they will be voided by the County.

2021 Achievement Program Thank You Notes

Please remember to write your thank you notes (if you haven't already) if you received an award at the 2021 Achievement Program to either (or both, if it applies) the Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation or the Fair Planning Committee. Those get mailed to our office. Our address, if you need it, is at the bottom of this newsletter. The Foundation and the Fair Planning Committee look through all the thank you cards at their scheduled meetings. Please make sure you take the time to write your thank you notes.

Grand Champion Awards and Reserve Grand Champion Awards thank you notes need to be written to the Fair Planning Committee.

Tools of the Project, Leader Awards and Special County Awards thank you notes need to be written to the Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation.

  • Dog classes with Janele and Briana Caldwell started on Wednesday, October 27 at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds. If interested in the dog project please be in contact with Janele @ janele.caldwell@yahoo.com. She would be happy to provide more details on times.

Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation Scholarship
Attention 4-H Members who are Seniors in high school! The Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation Scholarship is now available. Deadline to submit is Feb 1, 2022. Please take the time to work on your application. The holidays in November and December is always a GOOD time to work on those. Late applications will not be accepted.
