New 4-H Year Enrollment Payment Update
It has come to our attention that while enrolling 4-H members, the final payment due says that it is $15 dollars. This is incorrect and does not show the complete enrollment fee of $50 for the 4-H year. We still have not decided how we are going to process payments yet so please do not submit any as of now.
4-H Enrollment Late Fee Waived - This Year Only
With so much uncertainty this year, we have decided to suspend the re-enrollment late fee that would normally be imposed after December 1st. If you are choosing to re-enroll, please still do so as early as you can so we are able to determine enrollment status.

Please remember the deadline to enroll/re-enroll and be eligible to participate in the 2021 Arapahoe County Fair is April 1, 2021. There will be no exceptions to this rule for any reason.

Beef Members: Please note that beef members will need to be enrolled by MARCH 1 in order to participate in Tag-In.
In-Person Meeting Update
Due to the current Safer-at-Home level in Arapahoe County set forth by Tri-County Health, we are not able to begin hosting in person meetings at the moment like we hoped. We will continue to monitor health guidelines and will try again once they improve.
Volunteer Enrollment Deadline
All volunteers, we would like to get a better idea of where our volunteer enrollment stand soon. Please get re-enrolled by December 15th at the latest. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out and ask!
Livestock Sale Check Reminder
All members who received a sale check this year! Please deposit your check ASAP if you have not already.
Club Leader Access Update in 4HOnline
From the State Office: Currently Club leaders are unable to “Manage” their club accounts, this is still under further development. Once they have a better timeline of when that will be available they will let us know and we will pass the info on to you.
As we are sure you are well aware, the 2021 National Western Stock Show has been postponed. However, they will still be accepting applications for participants for the 2021/2022 Catch-a-Calf Program. To apply for the program email Ethan so he knows you are interested and then click on the image above and complete the online application. There is also a mandatory form that they will need to print off and complete. They have extended the application deadline until January 15th, 2021. The applications will be screened and then they will randomly draw for the 40 spots, instead of the typical rodeo catches.

As a reminder the program is open to youth that are ages 12 to 18, as of December 31st, 2020. Youth must be an enrolled 4-H member and resident of the states of CO, WY, KS or NE. If you have any questions on the program please contact Ethan via email at ecahill@arapahoegov.com.
