NEW Arapahoe County Dates and Deadlines Document
In order to keep our 4-H families and volunteers informed on 4-H dates and deadlines, the 4-H team has created a document containing an updated list of county-wide dates and deadlines for the 4-H year. This document will be continuously updated and a link will be included in the newsletters and on the Arapahoe County 4-H Member Resources webpage. Click on the image to the left to view the document.
Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation Annual Evergreen Sale Update

The Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation still has 5 extra centerpieces and 2 eight foot garland to sell. The 4-H Foundation would like help in selling these items. If you are able to sell any of the extra items, please contact Kathy McDaniel, 303-919-2177 or larrykathy4@aol.com.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this fund raiser. We will be announcing the results at the end of the month.

Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation Scholarship
Attention 4-H Members who are Seniors in high school! The Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation Scholarship is now available. Deadline to submit is Feb 1, 2022. Please take the time to work on your application. The holidays in November and December is always a GOOD time to work on those. Late applications will not be accepted. 4-H Contest Info Now Available!
Registration forms and guidelines are now available for the following Arapahoe County 4-H contests:

  • Speech and Demonstration

Elk Creek Open house Well Attended
At their club open house, they had 10 new families attend, bringing 17 kids interested in 4-H! Click on the image to the right to view photos from the event.

Elk Creek was really impressed with all of their members and leaders who brought projects and did demonstrations for those in attendance!
Guinea Pigs Need a New Home
Niki has five guinea pigs and is trying to find a home for them; her family is no longer able to keep them due to health conditions. If you are interested, please contact her at 720-220-3306.
