Club News

Cove Circle Creations 4-H Club organized a socially distant, parking lot cookie exchange, because they wanted to see each other as well as get some tasty treats. The club members all packaged cookies to handout to their fellow members. The exchange took place in a parking lot of a park on Saturday November 21st; just in time for Thanksgiving! The club members then went home and enjoyed their cookies together, on their monthly zoom call meeting. Everyone expressed how happy they were to each other as well as receive some tasty goodies for their Thanksgiving dinner. Pumpkin pie with cookies- YUM! - Written by Mary Seier (Vice President of CCC)

Attention 4-H Leaders!

Great news! Leaders are now able to view a club "roster" for their 4-H club. Please email Ethan in order to get your leader specific pin which will allow you to access 4HOnline. This email also contains further instructions as well as a video on how to view the roster.
New 4-H Year Enrollment Payment Update
It has come to our attention that while enrolling 4-H members, the final payment due says that it is $15 dollars. This is incorrect and does not show the complete enrollment fee of $50 for the 4-H year. We still have not decided how we are going to process payments yet so please do not submit any as of now.
4-H Enrollment Late Fee Waived - This Year Only
With so much uncertainty this year, we have decided to suspend the re-enrollment late fee that would normally be imposed after December 1st. If you are choosing to re-enroll, please still do so as early as you can so we are able to determine enrollment status.

Please remember the deadline to enroll/re-enroll and be eligible to participate in the 2021 Arapahoe County Fair is April 1, 2021. There will be no exceptions to this rule for any reason.

Beef Members: Please note that beef members will need to be enrolled by MARCH 1 in order to participate in Tag-In.
In-Person Meeting Update
Due to the current Safer-at-Home level in Arapahoe County set forth by Tri-County Health, we are not able to begin hosting in person meetings at the moment like we hoped. We will continue to monitor health guidelines and will try again once they improve.
