2021 Arapahoe County Fair

FairEntry will be open for 4-H Families through TODAY, 6/18, with no late fee. Entries will still be accepted through 6/25 with a $25 late fee per exhibitor. Absolutely NO entries will be accepted after 6/25 for any reason!

In case you still need to enter, click here to go to the FairEntry website. Click on the green "sign in with 4HOnline" button.

Once you have submitted your entries, you must confirm that they were received with Jean. You can email her at [email protected] to confirm your entries. We don't want anyone to miss out because they thought they completed all the steps and didn't really get them all done.

Attention FCS and General 4-H Families!

Please know that we are planning for plan A where the FCS and General judging will take place in-person with safety protocols that follow Tri-County Health requirements. This is exciting news for us as we were unable to do in-person last year and had to turn to virtual. I know that the judges are looking forward to getting back to our county. Please make sure that you are working on your projects and not waiting until the last minute to complete before fair.

2021 Fair Camping

As of the sending of this newsletter, all camping spots have been filled. For more information, please contact Lexy Kingsbaker at [email protected] or 303-795-4957.

Fair Tickets

As in years past, each 4-H member who exhibits at Fair will receive a green wristband that will grant them admission to the Fair. These do not include the carnival. Jean will be getting those together and they will be handed out at exhibit check-in.

If you wish to purchase any Parent/Guardian Season Passes (with up to 2 free season parking passes), Daily Parking Passes or General Fair Admission Tickets, please click here and scroll down to the bottom portion of the page. Those are not being handled by the Extension Office this year.
