A late fee of $25.00 per exhibitor will be assessed for entries received between June 22 and June 28, 2019. After June 28, 2019, absolutely no entries will be accepted.

2019 County Shooting Sports Competition

The 2019 County Shooting Sports Competition is June 29-30!

Chartering

Your club or committee’s chartering documents must be uploaded into 4honline by September 1st. We would love to get the ball rolling early so this is not a last-minute project come August. Please engage your club members in developing and updating your Annual Plan, Budget, and Financial Review. This is an IRS requirement of all 4-H clubs, committees and other entities. All of us at the county and state level are doing our best to make the process as easy and painless as possible. Thank you for your continued effort and work towards building a strong 4-H program in Arapahoe County. We hope this reminder allows you some time to start to prepare to get this accomplished. You can find the chartering packet here . We are here to support you, so please let us know if we can help in any way.

State 4-H Talent Showcase

In lieu of having the performing arts contest at state fair, the Colorado State Fair would like to invite 4-H members to a 4-H Talent Showcase on Saturday, August 31, 4 - 6 p.m.

Wayne DeHerrera is the person that you will need to contact. His email is [email protected] or you can call him at 719-242-5725. 4-H members do not have to qualify for this showcase.

It is a great way to showcase our 4-H talent down at the state fair.
