Chartering Information

Your club or committee’s chartering documents must be emailed to Dani at dani.bash@colostate.edu by August 30th . We will then upload your documents into 4HOnline for you. This is a recent change in procedure from the State office.  Leaders need to completely fill out the chartering packet and send it to us. Electronic signatures are acceptable, or you can sign a paper copy and scan the document to us. You do not have to upload the documents in 4HOnline.
Please engage your club members in developing and updating your Annual Plan, Budget, and Financial Review. This is an IRS requirement of all 4-H clubs, committees and other entities. All of us at the county and state level are doing our best to make the process as easy and painless as possible. Thank you for your continued effort and work towards building a strong 4-H program in Arapahoe County. Click on the button above to access the chartering documents. We are here to support you, so please let us know if we can help in any way.
