State 4-H Shooting Sports
T-Shirt Sponsors

Want to be a State Shoot T-shirt Sponsor? Or know someone who would like to sponsor? We need at least 10 sponsors to offer these shirts for FREE to State Qualifying Shooters!! If we don’t get enough sponsors, there may be a small charge for T-shirts. Sponsors can be a family/club sponsored space or company logo. If you are interested in sponsoring, please fill out the Sponsor Form. 
The sponsor fee is $100 or more. Please make check made payable to "DC Shooting Sports Advisory Committee". Sponsorship checks and forms must be turned in by July 23rd to the Extension Office.
Clubs Needed for County Shoot Concessions

We are in need of clubs to setup concessions during the County Shoot on Saturday, July 14 at the Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Range in Sedalia AND on Sunday, July 15 at Pikes Peak Gun Club. Riding starts at 8:30 AM
$25 fee per rider

Forms/Fees must be received by June 25th to the DC Extension Office
Working Ranch Horse Ride Nights
Bob and Kristen Welch will be hosting two ride nights:

  • Tuesday, June 26th at the Bob and Kristen’s Ranch 
  • Time is TBD depending on RSVP
  • RSVP to Kristen by June 21st: welchcattle@gmail.com
Times, directions, and release will be sent out after the RSVP deadline

  • Wednesday, July 18th at Greenland Open Space

Fair Wristbands and Parking Passes
Wrist bands and family parking passes will be available for purchase at the Extension Office from July 2nd through July 27th. Wrist bands are $5 each, and $5 per parking pass, payable by cash or check made out to "Douglas County". Wrist bands and parking passes will not be sold past July 27th at 5:00 pm.
4-H Project Record Book Covers

The 4-H Youth Council has e-Record Book Covers for sale for only $5.00 /cover.

You can purchase the project record books from the Extension Office. We can only accept cash or check made out to:
“DC 4-H Council”. 
For all Record Books:

The mileage rate is $0.545 per mile.
4-H Project Display Boards on Sale

All projects requiring a display board must be done on a tri-fold show board. Dimensions need to be 4 feet wide by 3 feet tall. The 4-H Leader’s Council has them available for only $5.00 /board at the Extension Office. We can only accept cash or check made out to “DC Leaders Council”.   
A note about show boards!
We have noticed that some tri-fold show boards are available at area stores are SMALLER than the dimensions required by the state: 4ft X 3ft.
 
BEWARE! A board not meeting size requirements could disqualify your project.
