4-H Mighty Monday in Collaboration with Seneca County 4-H

Join us for a fiber arts experience with special guest, Robin Houseworth, CCE Seneca County 4-H Educator and Alpaca Farmer with Cabin View Alpacas!

In this Mighty Monday, we will learn about alpacas and what is involved in the daily life of an Alpaca Farmer! We will begin to create two types of weaving projects together and you will finish them on your own. For this workshop, fiber art kits will be available for pick up at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County Office (2449 St, Paul Blvd, Rochester NY 14617) during the week prior to the event. Kits will also be available at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Office of Seneca County (308 Main Street Shop Centre, Waterloo, NY 13165). Kits picked up at the Seneca County Office are funded by the Sharon Nelson Fund. These kits will contain materials needed for the weaving creations. In addition to a fiber arts kit, participants will need tape and scissors on hand.
