Deadline to return forms & fees is Friday, January 15!
Thank you to those families and volunteers that have provided feedback regarding reenrolling with 4-H Online. We understand there is confusion and frustration, and we are sorry about that. While we work with the NYS 4-H Office to make the process seamless for next year, we have decided to go back to hard-copy, paper enrollments.
By now, you should have received your reenrollment packets in the mail. They were sent December 8, 2020, with a deadline of January 1, 2021. If you have not received your packet(s), please access the member forms HERE or the volunteer forms HERE, or contact us at monroe4H@cornell.edu to have them resent.
We have pushed the deadline for submission to Friday, January 15. Please mail or drop off your packets to CCE- Monroe 4-H Program, 2449 St. Paul Blvd., Rochester, NY 14617. If you are dropping off, there is a mail-slot accessible by the enclosed porch on the south side of the building. Enter the porch and proceed to the next door, then drop your forms through the slot.
Enrollment fees are $20 per youth member, with a family maximum of $50. You may pay by credit card via Paypal HERE, or drop off cash/check, or mail a check to the address above.
We will continue to work to make the reenrollment process as easy as possible, with the hope that next year’s reenrollments will be 100% online. We thank you for your continued support of the Monroe County 4-H Program, and look forward to an eventful and positive 4-H year.
